Refund policy

  • At KraftsbyKia, all items are made with care and customized specifically for each customer. Due to nature of our products, we have the following policy in place:

Custom Orders (Shirts, Party Favors, Baby Bundles, Invitations, etc)

All custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all details submitted (sizes, names, colors, wording, etc) are correct at the time of purchase. KraftsbyKia is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To review your claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Your order number 

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit to reorder your items.

Processing and Production Time 

All items are made to order. Please allow the stated processing time before shipment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, KraftsbyKia is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
